Goal

Deliver a clickable + minimally on-chain path that proves the core loop: Join session → complete session → mint credential → get paid.

Scope

• Auth: connect wallet (no complex profiles).
• Session: join a Huddle01 room from a simple schedule link.
• Proof: mint a POAP (or test credential NFT) upon completion.
• Payment: display mock reward or testnet payout claim.

Descope (post-hack)

• Full tokenomics
• Complex reputation graphs
• Multi-language orchestration

Success Signals

• ≥ 1 working live session
• ≥ 10 successful POAP mints
• ≥ 5 mentor validations/notes captured
